You will be joining our leadership team, accountable for delivering digital services to our enterprise clients. You will be responsibilities will include:

• Building high performing teams to deliver services based on the latest cloud technology and SDET engineering principles
• Managing service delivery to defined milestones and quality standards
• Manage escalations, risks and issues relating to delivery
• Develop and grow new and existing client relationships
• Work with wider Identity E2E teams to develop opportunities

You will require the following essential skills:

• 10 Years+ experience in large-scale Enterprise IT delivery
• Extensive experience in cloud-based enterprise delivery (AWS essential)
• Experience of cloud native and containerisation technology
• Experience in CI/CD software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Preference for background in QA/SDET or Biometric services

The following skills are desired:

• Background in QA/SDET or Biometric services
• Implementing and working with continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines
• Delivery experience involving serverless and Kubernetes technologies
