We help our customers through provision of specialist client-side consultancy services, which can span the full delivery lifecycle from planning, business case and approvals, to requirements and reference solution design, to procurement and supplier selection, to technical assurance, test, integration, and implementation. We are biometric solution supplier agnostic and provide fully independent advice and guidance.
In a rapidly changing technical environment, a key area for our consultancy services is the transition of biometric systems that have been historically implemented via on-premise environments to secure cloud platforms.

Requirements analysis and production
Our specialists have been supporting clients with the analysis, development and production of procurement ready requirements for biometric solutions for over 30 years.
Technical architecture and assurance
We specialise in technical architecture services, including security architecture, and assurance provided via a client-side consultancy role. We lead Technical Design Authority (TDA) functions and in-depth review and assurance of third-party technical designs and solutions.
Integration and international biometric standards
We have a long history in hands-on implementation of identity management and biometric systems, understanding and overcoming many challenges during the last three decades. This learning has led us to be able to specialise in understanding complex integration considerations for identity management and biometric solutions, and to successfully overcome such challenges for our clients. We have been involved in the practical development and implementation of the key international standards for biometrics (including those overseen by NIST and ISO/ICAO) during the last 30 years.
Infrastructure and platforms
Our specialists guide clients in technical decisions related to the infrastructure choices for hosting biometric solutions. In particular, we have embraced the opportunities offered by secure cloud platforms and have specialist services available to recommend, test and assure such options.
Biometric Testing
We specialise in provision of specialist biometric testing services. This includes full QAT coverage for biometric systems/solutions, delivery of solutions for biometric accuracy / performance testing and provision of analysis as required. In addition, we also offer specialist biometric conformance testing services, including assurance that biometric solutions meet user requirements and international biometric standards. We can assess carry out PAD (Presentation Attack Detection) and deepfake assessments.

Our biometric consultancy service is led by our CEO, Richard Garner, closely supported by an amazing team of specialists with many years of experience in the design and delivery of largescale identity management and biometric solutions. Our multidisciplinary team includes technical (enterprise/solution) architects, security architects, quality assurance and biometric testing specialists, DevOps engineers, infrastructure and platform architects, business architects, project and programme managers and forensic specialists from law enforcement backgrounds. When we last added it up, the combined experience of our team in biometrics was over 300 years!
We have delivered this service since the foundation of the company in 2013, although many of our specialists have been engaged in biometrics dating much further back, to over 30 years ago.
