We’re thrilled to announce that IdentityE2E has achieved ISO27001 certification! This accomplishment is more than just an accreditation—it’s the natural progression of our dedication to information security, a commitment that has been foundational to our organisation since day one.
What is ISO27001?
ISO27001 is internationally recognised for setting the gold standard in information security management, covering risk management, threat assessment, and proactive protection measures.
A Journey Towards Excellence
Our journey towards ISO27001 began in earnest in spring 2024, setting us on a path to solidify and refine our security practices. Achieving this certification meant navigating a rigorous process, from extensive documentation and system adjustments to security assessments that strengthened every part of our operations. It all culminated in a comprehensive two-week independent third-party audit in October conducted by an accredited UKAS certification body. The hard work certainly paid off, not only did we successful achieve certification but we also affirmed our alignment with global standards in information security.
More Than Just a Certification
While we’re honoured to display our certification, our approach to security runs far deeper. From the beginning, our leadership team unanimously agreed that this would not just be a tick box, paperwork exercise for the organisation but rather a living, breathing, tangible part of the company culture. As a result rather than developing a library of static documents we have invested in a system that will grow and evolve with us, adapting to emerging challenges in data security.
Rather than seeing ISO27001 as a one time achievement, we view it as an ongoing commitment to our clients, partners, and staff. It is now embedded at the heart of our operations, ensuring we work securely and compliant.
