On our 11th Birthday we reflect on the growth and progress of the past year
🗓️ Wow—11 years! It’s hard to believe how far we have come, and we are extremely proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 12 months. From growing our team to launching our first suite of cloud products, it’s been an amazing ride, and we still feel like we are just getting started.
This year, we welcomed new leaders to the C level team, including myself as COO and Dr John Marc Gibbons as our CDO. We’ve also doubled our team size, bringing in fresh faces, new skills, and a lot of energy. It’s not just about numbers—it’s about building a community of innovators who are passionate about what we do.
On top of growing our biometric consultancy, cloud, QAT and telecoms consultancy services, we’re beyond excited about the three new products we’ve launched this year, each designed to push the boundaries of what’s possible in cloud and biometrics:
Not forgetting we were the first UK company to achieve AWS Vetted Partner Programme status! A huge moment for us and all the team involved!
We were extremely honoured to step up and support a critical migration for NATO onto our Jezero AWS LZA TSE platform. This was a high-priority endeavour, demanding rapid reaction, deployment, and ongoing support. Time sensitivity was paramount, and we rose to the challenge with expertise, delivering the service live within 4 weeks.
Our in-house Talent Academy has been an enormous success, which we are extremely humbled by. We have welcomed new team members graduating from the programme and witnessed former graduates step into leadership roles. The academy is going from strength to strength, and we remain committed to fostering talent from within, giving individuals the space to grow and succeed.
The start of the year was ushered in by opening a brand-new office in Bromley Clockwise, which is already buzzing with activity. It’s not just a workspace—it’s a hub for creativity, collaboration, and connecting with our clients.
On the business side, we’ve expanded our Crown Commercial Supplier agreements, giving us the opportunity to work with even more government clients and remain on the cutting edge of public sector suppliers.
Security remained a priority, and we’re proud to have maintained our Cyber Essentials Plus certification while being ever so close to completing our ISO27001 accreditation. Watch this space!
Whilst we are enthused by what we have achieved, the people - our staff, partners, and clients - have made it all possible, so we extend a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. We are also thrilled to have been able to provide ongoing financial support to multiple charities, which is a real focus for the company.
The last year has been incredible, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. Let’s keep growing, innovating, and reaching new heights together!
Dan Parker,
Chief Operating Officer
